To be honest I was concerned. I thought the game was gonna blow by what I have seen. But so far its fun as hell.

Anyone else getting headaches from this game? I mean seriously. The contrast is so high I cant seem to adjust it out.

Man your always welcome back, we are pubbin and on split hours. I'm taking a break till DICE gets off their ass and patches the game, I cant put my finger on it but I am not happy with the netcode. (not going to mention the claustrophobia of the maps.)

Guess I will pick it up then. Though my computer does not meet the 'recommended' specs, but more than meets the minimum specs. All the hardware is 3+ years old (except a HD5450 graphics card).

Tried bf3, and my computer definitely leaves something to be desired. Now the question is: what do I need to upgrade to put me on the field. I have 2.4ghz core 2 quad, 8 gigs of ddr2 RAM (2g x 4) and a radeon be5450 1gig.
Would an updated graphics card do the trick you think? |

I managed to get BF3 to run 'ok' on my machine. It's running on the lowest possible graphics settings with the smallest resolution I can manage without the picture being pixily. Doesnt look great but atleast I can play without dropping lots of dollars on new parts.
